This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers for the Exteriors Category. **What You’ll Do:** + Develop, plan, organize and put in place contracting and procurement strategies and programs based on the team’s research. Present results of reports along with their relative impacts to the business to management. + The Exterior Program Manager will be focused on the exterior program (Landscaping and Snow), from initial pre-season planning, performance management during the season and post-season wrap-up. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and an understanding of exterior scheduled services and enhancement proposals. + Assist with the management of the RFP process, solution selection, and negotiations. Manage the supplier/contractor certification process. + Prepare and maintain contracts with local and regional service providers under company standards. + Partner with Finance to outline potential value and ROI for proposed initiatives and rack results. + Take part in projects within the procurement space, as needed. Provide advice on compliance with public contracts regulations and legislative requirements during project delivery. + Work with service providers, multi-year contract management and playing key governance roles with outsourced vendors. + Serve as point of contact for management outside of procurement solutions including leading cross functional Exteriors Category scope of work, creation and improvements. + Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. + Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. + Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. + Work within broad guidelines and policies. + Explain difficult or sensitive information. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility, preferred. + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. + Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. + Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
