Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum age of 21 years
Valid state-issued driver's license
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI convictions or reckless driving incidents involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle
No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle
Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification
Job Duties:
Prepare and execute budgets, develop cost estimates, and approve purchases for projects
Manage internal scheduled projects, prioritize work assignments, and ensure timely completion
Gather capital expenditures lists and develop scopes of work to update existing assets
Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines
Control costs through price comparisons and warranty claims
Complete and submit required documentation and reports
Lead and evaluate the performance of third-party providers
Troubleshoot and provide exceptional customer service
Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades
Identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00-$35.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
