The External Fulfillment Operational Expansion Program Manager will drive the growth and optimization of Mexico's External Fulfillment operations through international best practice adoption and innovative process development. This role involves extensive collaboration with global teams, including immersive learning experiences during its onboarding in India, Brazil, and Europe to understand and adapt successful External Fulfillment models. The position will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable processes across our programs, working closely with business partners to ensure seamless expansion of operations. Key responsibilities include defining expansion roadmaps, managing cross-functional initiatives, optimizing operational workflows, and establishing standardized best practices for sustainable growth.
