Site Name: Poznan Grunwaldzka Posted Date: Jan 15 2025 Junior Artwork Specialist The Junior Artwork Specialist’s primary role is to support the delivery of compliant and accurate artwork readiness for manufacturing on time by external manufacturing sites at minimum cost to the company and their customers, while complying with regulatory requirements. This role involves collaboration with various supply chain functions, including HUB Artwork Coordinator, GSK LOC Artwork & labelling team, Pack Technologists, Supply, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and external manufacturing sites (CMOs). Fixed-term contract: 1 year Key Responsibilities Assist in managing artwork relationships with multiple CMOs and drive problem-solving actions and oversight of artwork management. Ensure delivery of compliant, on-time, and accurate artwork within the pack management process for GSK products supplied from external manufacturing sites. Act as a point of contact for CMO and GSK stakeholders for artwork business operational review, escalations, and continuous improvements. Liaise with project managers to ensure artwork milestones delivery on time for network changes, divestments, portfolio optimization, and other projects. Manage CMO portfolio lifecycle in GSK GLAMS (CMO, SKU, BOM, and system activities coordination for discontinuations, transfers, launches, divestment, acquisition). Evaluate pack changes and coordinate artwork delivery with Pack Technologists, Quality, Supply, Project Team Leaders, Regulatory Compliance, and the CMO. Ensure GSK GLAMS access, onboarding, introduction, and training for CMO users. Proactively partner with businesses and functions in the supply chain to keep artwork on their agendas and respond to the issues they face in this area. Design, implement, and deliver robust ways of working with each partnership, including different scenarios (e.g., 3rd Party customers, multiple markets across dose forms). Expected Delivery Apply knowledge of artwork and External Manufacturing processes to support CMO in multiple markets across dose forms. Facilitate discussions between GSK Artwork & Packaging services and operations, GSK LOC Artwork & labelling, and CMO for any issues related to artwork, technical drawings, or regulatory requirements. Possess a high level of attention to detail to realize the impact of proposed changes. Apply experience within varying contexts to fully support External Manufacturing ambitions. Demonstrate project management skills, including the ability to organize tasks, attention to detail, adherence to timelines, and interaction with different stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree in a relevant field, Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred. Functioning knowledge of global pack management processes. High level of technical knowledge for finished pack. Experience working in a regulated and customer-focused environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work across functions and influence the achievement of timescales and targets. Ability to manage complex pack activities with conflicting priorities and time scales. Focus on packaging optimization/standardization, complexity reduction, and cost reduction/savings.
