The Externship & Career Advisor is an integral part of the Office of Career Services and serves as a contact for students in their externship, internship, and career search efforts. This role will work directly with students, counseling them on opportunities, searches, document review, and will assist in the development of high quality, innovative and effective programming, under the supervision of the Director of Externships & Career Services and in close collaboration with the Assistant Dean. The Externship & Career Advisor will be responsible for supporting the externship and pro bono programs under the supervision of the Director. This position will also support the Associate Director in the collection, retention, and reporting of a variety of data points, both for internal use and for external reporting as required for accreditation and will assist in the office's overall recruitment efforts, including the On Campus/On-Camera Interview (OCI) process. This position is part of a bargaining unit and is represented by the union SEIU, Local 200United.
