Job DescriptionThe Bosch Group is composed by 4 sectors and several divisions inside each sector. A fundamental challenge is to improve the current Corporate Quality Strategy Process and Develop tailor made options and methods for setting-up a Corporate Strategy for Quality (e.g. strategy planning framework, strategy alignment & plans, execution management and assess & improve process).
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Corporate Quality Strategy Development team.
Your contribution to something big:
Desk research and primary research, consolidate insights for Corporate strategy development (frameworks, surveys, interviews, …);Tailor frameworks and co-development strategy process for corporate quality; Organize workshops or any other working session related with strategy development;Create content (insights, executive summaries, ...) relevant for strategic thinking; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights;Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards relevant for strategy development and execution. QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
Academic Background in Management, Business Sciences, Management and Strategy, Quality Management, Industrial Management (or similar); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); Ability to work independently and as part of a team;Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; Basic understanding of quality management principles and methodologies is a plus;Previous work/project experience in quality management or strategy development is a plus.Additional InformationInternship Duration: 12 months
