Job DescriptionAs a Purchasing Cost Engineer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the competitiveness of Bosch Thermotechnology products, covering a wide range of material fields from commodities like plastic parts to components like heat exchangers. You will work in the interface of commercial purchasers, technical engineers and cost experts to drive projects related to cost transparency.The main task is to set up and conclude cost analyses for defined material fields in a cross-functional and international set-up.

Technical degree in Engineering fields (preferable, in Mechanical or Material areas);Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications;Generic knowledge of production processes (plastic injection, stamping, forging, die casting, others) and cost calculation;English speaker/writer;MS Office user proficient knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)Required profile:Structured and analytical way of working and affinity to data analyses;Ability to drive projects proactively and autonomous working stile that requires little guidance;Openness to contact new and established stakeholders;Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.Additional InformationDuration: 12 months
