Job Description

In our team, Information Management – Media, you’ll work alongside multimedia editors and colleagues from development, product management, and marketing, both in Aveiro and internationally. As a Technical Writer intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in technical communication while working on real-world projects that impact global audiences. Your contribution to something big:

Assist in creating highly customer-oriented product information for heating systems, ventilation and air-conditioning products, heat pumps, and control devices;Support the planning and management of translation orders, from base content to final publication, for multiple languages and brands;Contribute to the development of innovative ways to deliver product information via new digital media (e.g., apps, installation videos, illustrations).

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

Pursuing (or have recently completed) an academic degree in technical communication, translation, or a related field.Familiarity with XML-based editorial systems and editors (e.g., TIM InfoManager, Adobe FrameMaker) and knowledge of Simplified Technical English (STE) are a plus.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); German is an advantage.Self-motivated, creative, team-oriented, technically interested, enthusiastic about new features;Independent, conscientious, reliable, quality-conscious, resilient and flexible way of working.
