Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany, to keep the HR IT systems of BOSCH running and up to date. Our team is looking for an HRIT Admin and Technical support intern to join our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

Coordination of Change requests, releases and updates;Development and Management of Test Cases Across Multiple Projects and Initiatives;Incident Management;Alignment with externals alongside technical team;Support with all Admin tasks to Application Owner;Perform role creation & archival, detective controls and monitor access requests;Maintenance of Authorization concept & other documentation;Maintain document management systems and Project Management tracking tools up to date with applicable documentation and latest status on all the tasks.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education: Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering or similar;Knowledge: It's a plus to have knowledge in IT systems, such as Microsoft Office tools, SuccessFactors and Jira;Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset;Personality: Global mindset, Team oriented, resourceful, ability to work on a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask.
