What We re Looking For: ✅ High School Diploma or Equivalent Required ✅ Strong mechanical aptitude hands-on experience with machines, tools, or mechanical systems preferred ✅ Previous plastic extrusion experience a plus ✅ Ability to read technical drawings and specifications with attention to detail ✅ Mid-level proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ✅ Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment (with or without restrictions) ✅ Comfortable working around hot surfaces and materials ✅ Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for mechanical efficiency If you enjoy working with machines, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring quality production, this is the role for you!
