Responsibilities Performs machine adjustments to maintain safety, quality, and production standards Meets established production requirements in accordance with production scheduleFollows standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product meets specificationsPerforms first piece, periodic and finished product quality inspections including weight, width, length, and packaging to ensure conformance to standards; informs Production Supervisor and/or Team Leader of quality concerns Completes accurate production reporting and recordkeeping Troubleshoots equipment and process malfunctions; escalates concerns to Production Supervisor and/or Team Leader as neededPrepares, packs, and stages finished product for shipmentPerforms sample and/or trial operations as neededMaintains safe and clean work environmentObserves all site safety, quality and production policiesOther duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ manufacturing experience (blown film extrusion or film converting experience preferred)Mechanical and trouble shooting abilityAvailability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays as scheduledWillingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)Good verbal, writing, and basic math skillsAbility to work collaboratively with others
