As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of production technicians to manufacture plastic containers for leading consumer brands. You Will:

Relieve Technicians for breaksEnsure that all materials to fulfill the work orders that are presentCoordinate team meetingsMonitor all Quality Documentation ensuring all is in complianceConverse with Maintenance Technician to prioritize work to be completed on the lineWork with new team members to train on line and on auxiliary equipmentResponsible for production data that is to be correctly entered into PICS / IconicsEnsure GMP and safety policies are followedResponsible for maintaining ISO standardsInitiate action for food safety issuesAll other duties as assigned

You Have:

Ability to work 2-2-3, 12 hour shift; 6:45pm - 7:15amAssociates Degree or higher preferred; Relevant experience will be consideredTeam Oriented and Self-motivated in all job responsibilitiesProven ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilitiesEffective time managementExcellent communication skillsTechnical and mechanical abilities; Continuous learning aptitude through training
