Lifesciences Commercial Analytics _ Senior
Experience: 3-7 years
We are seeking an experienced commercial analytics specialist to enhance our life sciences team's capabilities. The role encompasses various aspects of commercial excellence, commercial strategy in the US, EU and other global markets. This role requires a deep understanding of the US healthcare landscape, pharmaceutical data sources, and the ability to deliver insights that inform commercial strategy and execution.
Roles and responsibilities
Responsible for overall execution of omnichannel strategy by onboarding new capabilities that support data driven marketing discipline. Proficiency in omnichannel marketing by demonstrating expertise in executing and measuring omnichannel marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical products. Develop cohesive marketing plans that leverage multiple channels to deliver a seamless customer experience that is measurable and optimizable in-flight with an understanding of the importance of results-driven performance marketing Create, execute and enhance marketing campaigns across digital platforms. Analyze data and insights to understand customer behavior, measure campaign performance, and identify areas for optimization, focusing on measurable outcomes, and maximizing ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, IT, etc.) to align omnichannel initiatives with clear, concise communication, while actively listening to stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry including knowledge of regulations, compliance, and ethical considerations specific to pharma marketing. Ability to adapt to a changing landscape and come up with creative solutions for enhancing the omnichannel executions and customer experience. A strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, who can drive growth through data-informed decisions and innovative marketing optimizations. Ability to develop engaging scaling strategies and trainings that stands out and increase adoption of omnichannel standards. Meticulous attention to detail in planning, executing, and monitoring. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations Digital & Technology Savvy. Ability to bring in industry leading ideas and perspectives. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner Proven ability to manage projects independently and deliver results under tight deadlines
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's/ Master's degree An MBA (in Pharma/healthcare/general) is preferred but not mandatory.
