Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time.  Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers.  Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation.  Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines:  Reliability System Safety and Supportability.


What You Will Do:
As an F-15 Radar Depot Server Administrator, you’re responsible for the administration of server and workstation hardware, peripherals and hosted software applications. 

In this role, you’ll work with both Raytheon and USAF customers in support of maintenance of F-15 radar and avionics hardware onsite at the USAF Depot in Warner Robins GA

Responsibilities will include:

Patching, upgrades, user account management, Shell scripting, antivirus or firewall review and updating computer systems and hardware.Working with Raytheon cyber management to implement security controls and ensure systems are properly configured.Perform cybersecurity scans to include SCAP and ACAS.Perform hardening steps on Information Systems within the Authorization Boundary.Conducting backup and recovery tasks on air-gapped information systemsWorking closely with end users.

This job is located ONSITE at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, GA

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.Existing DOD 8140.03 IAT level II or equivalent certification (e.g., Security+ CE).Experience with server and/or workstation hardware/software configuration, troubleshooting and/or repair.Experience with implementing operational and technical security controls.Experience patching, upgrades, user account management, antivirus or firewall review and updating. 

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with DoD administrative processes. (I.E. – NIPR, SIPR, eMASS, SCAP, Tenable, Safes, and handling of classified information)Experience with Red Hat Linux, PowerShell, VMWare ESXi, VeeamExperience developing or assisting in the development and refinement of technical policies and procedures regarding system administrator duties.Ability to multitask in an interrupt driven environment and support multiple IT systems and configurations.Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours to accomplish schedule critical tasks.Experience in supporting Windows Server 2019, Windows 10/11 workstation and/or network administrationExperience with designing and troubleshooting networks.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
