Boeing Global Service is seeking a Maintenance Operations Center Controller for Debrief, Plans & Scheduling to assist in our maintenance efforts at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.
This is a Long-Term Assignment to Qatar. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Ability to meet international assignment health requirements required. If accompanied, family must also meet international assignment health requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
Monitors and coordinates sortie generation, maintenance production, and execution of the operations and maintenance schedules while maintaining visibility of fleet health indicators. Through coordination with maintenance units, the MOC communicates priorities for competing limited resources (such as, fuel or calibration docks, wash racks, and dispatched specialists from the maintenance squadron(s) (for example, egress) based on daily operations schedule and maintenance priorities.Monitor the status of aircraft/systems, as directed, (via electronic or manual visual aids) including ETIC, progress of FCFs, and location of each aircraft on station. Maintain and update aircraft generation line up and display aircraft status. Track aircraft maintained or supported by the unit but not on station (Aircraft cross-country).Use aircraft fault reporting manuals and include fault codes when documenting discrepancies in the aircraft forms. Debrief Section will use automated debrief tools such as the Computerized Fault Reporting System, AMDS, or equivalent. Implement procedures for reporting dropped objects, aborts, code 3 flight control malfunctions and engine malfunctions.Check AFTO Form 781H, Aerospace Vehicle Flight Status and Maintenance, to ensure updates to airframe time and applicable servicing data (in-flight/hot pit refueling) are entered on the AFTO Form 781H or equivalent and/or applicable debrief system during the pilot/aircrew debrief.Input aircrew discrepancy verbatim and deviation information, utilization, and applicable flight data (to include landing status, system capability). Identify and research discrepancies for repeat/recur trends and document them accordingly on the AFTO Form 781A. Debrief Section will ensure previously documented discrepancies are reviewed and identified as repeat/recurs on the AFTO Form 781A.Maintain historical documents and maintenance data essential for the development of wing plans, schedules, and analysis of historical maintenance events. Maintain historical maintenance data within the MIS or alternate system. Develop wing maintenance plans using MIS aircraft/system historical data input by all maintenance personnel.Provide subject matter expertise on all maintenance scheduling issues and equipment historical document AFTO Form 95 management to QA and/or leadership during inspection/evaluations.Provide dedicated support to AMXS/AMU. Attend and actively participate in daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling, and quarterly and yearly planning programs and meetings. Inform Unit supervision of maintenance capabilities or limiting factors that could affect maintenance production. Coordinate with Unit supervision and Operational Squadron (OS) operations schedulers when scheduling Unit aircraft to meet flying requirements.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience with Maintenance Operations, plans and scheduling, and/ or debriefMust be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shiftsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience using Maintenance Information SystemsExperience using Aircrew and Maintenance Debrief systemsEx-Pat Information:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $78,200 - $105,800.
