F-16 Plans/Scheduling LeadManages the overall planning and scheduling of aerospace vehicle maintenance and utilization requirements to support depot activities. Manages the development of plans and the establishment of production schedules to meet depot induction and delivery requirements. Determines maintenance capabilities to aid in developing depot induction and delivery schedules. Collects data from other planning and scheduling personnel to prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual status reports.What you will be responsible for:Manages the coordination and organization efforts to ensure support is available to meet aircraft induction and delivery schedulesEnsures the Maintenance manager, Production Office, and Senior Site Management are advised of maintenance capabilities, limiting production factors, and adherence to depot schedulesOverseas the scheduling of maintenance jobs and helps establish work priorities and monitors how completion times affect current scheduleOperates maintenance information systems (MIS), automated maintenance equipment records, and other automated systems to schedule and monitor maintenance activities and workload to support F-16 depot effortsReviews maintenance analysis actions affecting aircraft schedule and material supportability; provides recommendations and guidance to ensure depot schedule is met Audits historical weapons systems and other program records to establish maintenance trends to improve scheduling effectiveness.Overseas the accurate documentation of aircraft engines, munitions, TCTO, time change items, and special inspections.Will work directly for the Program Manager with other duties assigned at managers’ discretion.Must have strong communications and interpersonal skills.
