Description:What You Will Be Doing

Lockheed Martin Global Readiness Solutions (GRS) Maintenance, Upgrades, and Overhaul (MUO) Team seeks a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Performance and Effectiveness (P&E) team to apply and execute Earned Value methodology as a Control Account Manager (CAM) for Sustainment Lines of Businesses (LOBs) in support of F-35 Component Repair and Activations on the Hydro-Mechanical Systems projects. The CAM will manage Control Accounts in SUST16, SUST18 AND SAHW20 contracts.

Basic CAM responsibilities include managing cost, schedule, and performance of Contracts via data analysis, identification of trends or risks, completion of analysis of current and future requirements and providing reporting to Senior Leadership within the MUO organization as well as external stakeholders.

Core CAM responsibilities will include creating and managing Control Accounts and Work Packages, establishing charge codes including WBS Elements and internal labor serial numbers (I/Os), adhering to monthly business rhythm tempos including baselining new scope, submission of monthly Estimates at Completion (EAC)s, Cumulative (annual) CEACs, Variance (VAR) explanations, Schedule Forecast Accuracy (SFA) inputs, Sub-Contractor Purchase Order (PO) management, and schedule reporting.

In addition, the CAM will be responsible to generate all requirements in accordance with future awarded contracts. This includes establishing provisioning data, manual demands and sales orders for all material requirements. Finally, Non-Production Requests (NPR) requirements will be initiated by the CAM in SAP to provide annualized/non-annualized Purchase Orders to LM’s suppliers.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters Degree from an accredited college in Project or Program Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or similar discipline

Earned Value Management (EVM) experience and/or Supply Chain Management (SCM) experience

CAM (Control Account Management) Certification

Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance at the SECRET level
Desired Skills:
Professional experience in business management, finance, supply chain, engineering and/or program management
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; proven performance of time-management
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight/supervision; self-starter

Collaborative, team-player with strong communication skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access

Knowledge of Material Ordering Process for Sustainment is preferred but not required
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
