The company is currently hiring a Full time, Food & Beverage Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ability to perform initial and ongoing training of associates Extremely detail and multi-task oriented Supervising and directing the prompt, efficient and friendly serving of all food and beverage Controlling food and beverage inventory to ensure the smooth operation of the Food and Beverage operation Working quickly and independently to resolve operational issues when necessary, ensuring proper follow through with appropriate manager(s) Overseeing house catering functions, banquets and executing Captain Reports for all banquets Meet and greet clients for every event in banquets Responsible for making the function space visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for the event Supervise events and team members throughout service Guide the Banquet Servers in set up of tables and place settings Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are met Ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt to the changing organization. The ability to implement the established menu and service standards The ability and drive to personify our culture in every interaction with associates All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years food and beverage experience preferred 1 year supervisory experience Experience working at a hotel establishment preferred POS experience preferred
