Job Description

What you will be doing:

Assists the Asst. Outlet Manager to manage the teamAssists the Asst. Outlet Manager in organizing the F&B point of sale from A to ZEnsures guest satisfaction, quality and high standards of service for customersHelps the point of sale attain profitable resultsEnsure strict application of in focus SOPs and is responsible for minimum score achievement as per regular target
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role as F&B Captain / F&B SupervisorGood communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishGood knowledge of F&B service operation especially All Day Dining RestaurantWorking experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
