A F&B Executive with Conrad Hotels and Resorts will actively guide the outlet team by providing assistance and supervision to the Outlet Manager to ensure an efficient, organized and smooth running of the floor operations where guests will receive an excellent Guest and Member experience.

What will I be doing?

\n

As a F&B Executive, you will direct and coordinate the floor operations and provide assistance to the team, to ensure all hotel service standards are met and implemented consistently, leading to excellent guest experience. Specifically, the F&B Executive will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: 

\n\nWork with a team of F&B Servers and Casual workers to provide a consistent and efficient delivery of excellent service to all guests \nProvide and maintain a high guest service focus, being proactive in a timely manner towards their needs and request through full implementation of standards, attention to details and personal attention \nCreate a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both guests and the team \nContribute ideas and suggestions to enhance operational/environmental procedures in the Hotel \nProvide appropriate guidance, coaching and support, and to check the team members performance \nEnsure proper cashiering procedures are being performed \nMake recommendations on menu items and up-sell with latest departmental incentives \nGets feedback from customer on an on-going basis, and suggest corrective actions to the Outlet Manager \nHandle queries and complaints in a timely, efficient and diplomatic manner \nResponsible in managing and providing general recommendations equipment (F&B and linen) and beverage inventories \nTo be aware of the financial objectives of the outlet, follow up and work towards their achievement \nTo be aware of operating equipment costs and to keep breakage at an absolute minimum \nFully understand the operation of the section, correct procedures and duties of subordinates \nConduct pre-shift trainings and briefings \nEnsure compliance of brand standards \nStrive to achieve departmental targets \nEnsure cleanliness of work areas \nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation \nComply with local licensing laws \nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships - Carry out any other duties as and when required by the superiors\nAble to work in all areas of the respective outlets / restaurants of Food and Beverage \n
