Overview Job Summary: The F&B Front of House Supervisor at Red Mountain Resort is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations of the Canyon Breeze restaurant, including managing wait staff, hosts, bartenders, and bussing staff. They will train new employees, provide ongoing staff development, and ensure high-quality food and exceptional customer service. The role involves resolving customer complaints, maintaining inventory, managing work schedules, and developing strategies to enhance the dining experience while improving operational efficiency and reducing costs. Supervisory experience in the hospitality industry and strong organizational and managerial skills are preferred. Job Responsibilities (but not limited to): Assist in training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff Oversee front of house operations, including wait staff, hostess/host, bartenders, and bussing staff Maintain high-quality food standards Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively Develop strategies for improving our customers’ dining experience Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products. Maintain inventory of all needed supplies Identify methods our restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits Help manage the work schedules of our restaurant’s staff Opening and Closing the restaurant Qualifications Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software. Passionate about hospitality and guest service, with an approachable and professional demeanor. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $17.00/Hr. - $17.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
