Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with outlet Managers to manage a diverse F&B client portfolio.Suggest and develop a targeted approach for each client, ensuring the maintenance of strong relationships and fostering elevated brand engagement.Develop daily and weekly outreach communication strategies tailored to total outlets portfolios of clients. You will update and educate key stakeholders on our most valuable individuals.Monitor and assist the development of high potential clients.Analyze, manage, and review client reports for the total property top client portfolio, consistently assessing performance against established objectives.Work closely with the F&B Director to develop operational and tactical business action plans for implementation.Collaborate with the F&B Director to formulate acquisition strategies, aiming for 20% of time spent on new business.Develop key strategies and test and learn to improve first time diners’ repeat rates.Engaging with guests in outlets and events, building relationships and recognising the guests.Attend events at the property to acquire and build the network of high potential guests.Explore brand collaborations and establish partnerships that will identify new business opportunities for expanding your client portfolio.Identify new and untapped networking opportunities in targeted markets within your region by attending industry events and building connections with potential partners and future clients.
RequirementsDegree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantageMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 2 years in similar capacityProficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essentialProven managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning and decision makingHigh standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
