About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Waiter/ess position to join our Room Service Department in Jumeirah Mallorca. 

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

To setup and refill private mini bars in all guest rooms and serve all hotel guests. This must be done in a friendly manner according to the established standards of performance and consistent with the departmental operations policies and procedures, Jumeirah Standards and Guiding Principles. To be familiar with all areas of the Room Service Department. To have a complete knowledge of the room service food and beverage menu. To take over duties from the previous shift. To restock the trolleys with all necessary items for the day.

 

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

 

Qualifications

Studies related to hospitality

 

Experience

Hospitality or guest service experience will be a strength.

 

Skills

Excellent level of English Friendly, approachable and professional Able to control the pressure  Excellent customers skills
