Working alongside key members of the Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a F&B Manager - Sommelier who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities
Advises guests on wines, based on taste preferences and knowledgeably recommends wine pairings. Maintains proper inventory levels of wines, other beverages and supplies. Prepares and summarizes reports, statements, and documents Handles sensitive issues with employees and/or customers with respect and confidentiality Assists with motivating, developing, coaching, and counseling team members to ensure the proper level of service is being provided to guests. Visits all tables during every guest’s meal to ensure guest satisfaction and consistent customer service.
General Requirements
At least three years of beverage or sommelier experience. Court of Master Sommeliers Certified Sommelier or WSET equivalent. Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge of company and department rules/regulations, policies, and procedures. Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Certification. Flexible schedule including weekends & holidays.
