What will you do?

• Supervisar todas las unidades de prestan servicios de comidas (restaurantes, cafetería y room-service, banquetes, bodega y cocina). • Coordinar el trabajo de los jefes de departamento ante las previsiones de ocupación. • Confeccionar menús y cartas con jefes de departamento. • Hacer estudios de la competencia. • Verificar los análisis de platos, recetas, análisis de carnes o pescados, etc. • Realizar visitas periódicas a mercados, exposiciones, etc. • Supervisar la calidad del servicio que se ofrece, así como de los platos. • Supervisar el estado e inventario de los almacenes. Proponer a la dirección las reposiciones anuales (cristalería, loza, plata, etc.) • Planificar los programas de formación a desarrollar. • Supervisar la cantidad y calidad de la comida que se sirve al personal. • Atender a aquellos clientes que por su categoría estime oportuno. • Verificar la observancia de las normas de seguridad e higiene. • Convocar las reuniones con los jefes de departamento a sus órdenes. • Proponer sanciones y promociones del personal a sus órdenes. • Supervisar los turnos de trabajo establecidos por los jefes de departamento. • Establecer y supervisar la fluidez de las comunicaciones internas. • Intervenir en la selección del personal. • Verificar y aprobar las compras a realizar. • Revisar los costes y producción de la comida por unidades de venta, estableciendo medidas correctoras en caso de desviaciones. • Proponer a la dirección los precios de las cartas y menús.

What are we looking for?

• Formación mínima de Formación Profesional de Grado superior en hostelería, valorándose formación • Experiencia mínima de dos años en restaurante, cocina, economato y habiendo tenido un equipo a su cargo. • Idiomas: inglés a nivel hablado. Se valorará conocimientos de otros idiomas. • Capacidad de Organización • Resolución de Problemas • Capacidad para gestionar equipos
