JOB PURPOSE
The F&B Sales Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, ensuring an organized and attractive counter display, managing reservations, and contributing to a seamless dining and shopping experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service. Ensure effective communication with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations that enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to facilitate joint marketing efforts aimed at increasing tourism and driving foot traffic to the store. Work with local tourism boards and organizations to identify and implement promotional strategies.
- Actively contribute to developing and managing corporate deals, including offering special pricing or services to corporate clients. Assist with establishing partnerships with businesses and organizations to secure repeat customer traffic and long-term relationships.
- Greet and serve walk-in customers with a high level of product knowledge and attentiveness, ensuring they make informed purchase decisions. Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the store, ensuring a safe and welcoming shopping environment for all customers.
- Participate in the opening and closing duties in compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Ensure all display areas are clean, fully stocked, and visually appealing to engage customers and drive sales.
- Handle the checkout process by accurately processing cash and electronic payments, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner. Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Implement strategies for acquiring and retaining new customer segments by utilizing targeted marketing efforts and communication tools, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data, sharing insights with the team to refine service offerings and meet evolving customer demands.
- Ensure seamless communication of operational details to the team, facilitating efficient handovers and maintaining an organized workflow.

- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
Two to four years of experience in a similar role.
