F&B Sales Coordinator

Operational

· To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge according to the set standards.

· To maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel/department grooming standards.

· To make table reservation and thereby effectively control and maximize the flow of guests.

· To maintain and update the hotel restaurants guest history records.

· To maintain and update the data on Reservation Assistant which include restaurant floor plans and seating capacity.

· To adhere to the telephone procedure of handling calls.

· To assist in the operation and service as required.

· To provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.

· To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.

· To be aware of all hotel activities and Food and Beverage promotions.

· To perform opening and closing procedures established for the Place of Work.

· To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.

· To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.

· To be aware of special events going on in Delhi.

· To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

· To maintain a good working relationship with your colleagues and all other departments.

· To comply with local legislation as required.

· To respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the Hotel.

· Ensure to keep all guest data confidential as per the Hyatt Compliance Policy

Other duties

· To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.

· To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff in the Place of Work and all other departments.

· To attend and contribute to all staff meetings Departmental and Hotel trainings scheduled and other related activities.

· To undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

· To respond to any changes in the place of work as dictated by the hotel.

· To project at all times a positive and motivated attitude and exercise self-control.

· To have a complete understanding of the Income Audit Section in the Operations Manual and Policies Procedures.
