Job Description

What you will be doing:

Coordinate all group arrangementsWork with group contacts to facilitate program planning and requirements Communicate group needs and specifications to all relevant departmentsFollow up with Post-Conference reports and review group billingsInput all group bookings and update booking activities in the system on a weekly basisPrepare reports, maintain proper records and filing system in accordance to F&B sales administration processEnsures guest satisfaction, quality and high standards of service for customersHelps the point of sale attain profitable resultsEnsure strict application of in focus SOPs and is responsible for minimum score achievement as per regular target
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role as F&B Sales ExecutiveGood communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishGood knowledge of F&B service operation Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
