DescriptionAssist the F&B team, providing high level of service to the guests and promote the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest and its outlets as the market leader as well as to ensure compliance with the Kempinski brand.

Key Responsibilities\nAll rules & regulations are strictly adhered within the hotel including hotel’s policy on fire and safety as well as hygiene regulations including HACCP\nAll duties and tasks are performed as per the tasks required at the outlet\nA courteous, professional and efficient service is provided at all times\nHandle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints and feedback to supervisors\n
