Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Processing indirect loan requestsReview new loan documents presented by dealerships, verify the accuracy of the loan documents, gather proper documentation and ensure document compliance with state regulations and company policy.Notify the dealership or the customer of any discrepancies and will follow-up until any issues are resolved.Monitor reports include funding, delinquency, and dealer rebates.Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and financial lending institutions.Provide outstanding customer service towards all customers, partners, and staff.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Previous loan processing experience highly desiredExcellent verbal/written communication skillsMust be flexible and willing to work evening shifts, Saturday shifts and holidaysHigh School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferredAbility to maintain a strict level of confidentiality, without exception
