Qualifications:

As a F&I Manager with us, you will be empowered with the resources and support needed to get every driver into the perfect deal.

2+ years of Prior Automotive Dealership F&I Manager experience REQUIREDOutstanding Communication skills both written and verbal REQUIREDStrong attention to detail and high sense of urgency REQUIREDADP/CDK experience PREFERRED

The California annual pay range for this position is $ $93,165.00 - $279,900.00   

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Product and Reserve Income, and Individual Net PVR, Product Penetration, Manufacturer Approvability.
