We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Automotive F&I (Finance and Insurance) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive finance process, a proven track record in F&I management, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for securing financing for customers, offering aftermarket products, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Finance and Insurance department, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.Build strong relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers.Present and sell finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, maintenance plans, and other aftermarket offerings.Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed in compliance with regulatory requirements.Train and mentor sales staff on F&I processes and products to enhance dealership performance.Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through the completion of the sale.Monitor and report on F&I performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-years of experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry, preferably.Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, as well as state and federal regulations.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and enhance dealership profitability.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS) and finance tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.What We Offer:
