DCH Kay Honda of Eatontown is seeking an experienced F&I candidate to join our team! We have an immediate opening for the right person who is a self-driven team player that can produce. Compensation packages can reach up to $250k+ plus benefits!

Job Responsibilities:

Must be willing & understand need to engage customers early in the sales processProficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectablesFully proficient with title laws and registration processMaintains proficiency and certifications as required for the positionEnsures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelinesPrepares paperwork, contracts and delivers dealsAccurately audits team deals Post-SaleProduces additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs and other appropriate after-sale items to new- and used-vehicle customers

Job Requirements:

2+ years Automotive Finance experience in a Dealership setting REQUIREDCDK experience a huge plus!Documentation of current and past performanceSelf-motivated with a strong desire to succeedExcellent customer service and communication skillsOutgoing personality with a positive attitudeAbility to excel in a fast-paced environment.Professional presentation
