Job DescriptionSummary:
The Finance Manager will handle all finance and insurance operations for our customers, ensuring they receive optimal financial solutions and products. Additionally, they will assist with desking deals and working closely with the sales team to structure deals that meet customer needs while achieving company goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform 70% of duties in Finance and Insurance (F&I) management and 30% in desking deals.Secure financing for customers through various lenders, ensuring the best rates and terms.Present and sell extended warranties, insurance products, and other value-added services to customers.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing the automotive industry.Assist in structuring, negotiating, and closing deals with customers alongside the sales team.Manage and submit required documents for funding and registration in a timely and accurate manner.Maintain a positive relationship with lenders, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure a smooth process for customer financing.Train and mentor sales team members on finance product offerings and deal structuring.Conduct thorough credit checks and offer customers financing options that suit their needs.Help develop strategies to maximize dealership profitability through efficient deal structures and financial products.Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Finance and Insurance Manager in an automotive dealership.1+ years of Sales Manager experience desking deals in an automotive dealership.Strong knowledge of financing options, lending practices, and insurance products.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple transactions.High School Diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.Additional InformationCompensation (Salary plus Commission):
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 to $165,000+ / yearIf meeting and exceeding sales department sales quotas and goals*The Sales and Finance Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a base salary of five-thousand dollars a month. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.
