Role Overview:
As a D365 F&O Consultant, you'll work closely with the Director of IT and stakeholders across the organization to support system applications and lead ERP enhancements. You'll bridge the gap between technical systems and business needs, defining requirements, performing workflow assessments, and delivering actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders and implementation partners to support ERP systems (on-premises and cloud-based).
* Conduct requirements analysis, gap assessments, and process design to improve IT products and services.
* Develop business process maps and documentation, including functional design specs and SOPs.
* Participate in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, providing functional solutions for organizational needs.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in a technical environment.
* Proven experience in ERP implementations (Dynamics 365 F&O experience preferred).
* Strong understanding of business processes, gap analysis, and process mapping.
* Knowledge of SDLC, project management concepts, and tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerApps.
