Role Overview:

As a Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant in SCM or Finance, you will be responsible for:

* Leading the design, implementation, and optimisation of tailored D365 F&O solutions to meet complex business needs.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business stakeholders, to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
* Conducting workshops and training sessions to ensure successful adoption and user engagement.
* Providing expert guidance on best practices, risk management, and strategic solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

* Solution Design & Implementation: Design and configure F&O modules tailored to clients' SCM or Finance requirements.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide strategic advice, and ensure business alignment.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimisation.
* User Training & Support: Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to maximise user adoption.

Requirements:

* Experience: Proven experience in Dynamics 365 F&O implementation, with a focus on either SCM or Finance modules.
* Technical & Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of business processes and best practices in Supply Chain Management or Finance.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; Swedish proficiency is advantageous.
* Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
