What You Will Do

The F100 Materials Integration team is a small team that provides support to the broader F100 program.  We create and manage digital tools, manage virtual plants in SAP that support multiple customers, track monthly metrics, and analyze complex data sets to answer business questions.  Each team member has an assigned principal responsibility but is expected to provide bench depth and coverage as needed.  As such, this is an excellent role to gain a wide range of experience and exposure to the program as a whole.  This F100 Integration Analyst role will be focused on implementing Kinaxis Rapid Response, data analytics, and digital tools.

Become the F100 Program subject matter expert on Kinaxis Rapid Response and be able to assist customer-facing materials analysts in how to use Kinaxis to support their customer.

Perform data analysis to answer business questions and support program priorities.

Create or enhance Qlik or Business Object reports and dashboards to visualize and manage data.

Track and update monthly metrics.

Support transactional customer teams by processing quotes and orders as well as other analyst-focused tasks during busy periods. This will require working closely with other F100 Materials Analysts and quickly coming up to speed on customer-specific standard work and nuances.

Optimize processes by tracking issues and identifying areas for improvements.  Drive continuous improvement utilizing CORE tools.

Document standard work (SW) and work step instructions (WSI) detailing F100 materials processes to avoid turnbacks and promote learning across the organization.

Strong system and analytical skills, ability to learn new systems quickly, capability to prioritize daily tasks and work independently under pressure on multiple projects.

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal are required for handling ad hoc requests through mailbox.

Qualifications You Must Have

BS degree

5 years of business experience or 3 years with an advance degree

Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Qualifications We Prefer:

BS degree in Business or Supply Chain

Familiarity with Kinaxis Rapid Response strongly preferred

Experience with Oracle/ODM and also SQL or other query language experience

Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Access)

Familiarity with SAP, Qlik, and Business Objects

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
