This individual is responsible for the management of the business aspects of Logistics Planning and Management (LPM), Program Security and Contracts management of the F119 sustainment contract. Managing the cost, schedule and technical aspects of the program will be key to the individual’s success. The F119 contract is a contract with the United States Air Force (USAF) that covers material, maintenance, tooling, tech data and engineering/technical support of the F119 engines that powers the F-22 Raptor.
**What Will You Do**
+ Support Business Acquisition through review of basis of estimates and engaging in negotiations
+ Distribute budgets to Control Account Managers and approve schedules
+ Proactively monitor progress, resolve issues, and initiate appropriate corrective actions,
+ Develop risk management plans
+ Control Account Manager Responsibilities on a monthly basis using Earned Value Management
+ Will work closely with USAF, LPM, Contracts, Military Engines Finance, Pricing, Business Acquisition Center of Excellence (BACE) and Engineering
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ BS/BA degree
+ 8 years of project or program management experience or 5 years with an advance degree in MA/MS
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Program Management background specializing in management techniques, knowledge and skills to manage the program as well as Earned Value Management knowledge
+ Strong experience with Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word is desired
+ Proficiency in the use of SAP, wInsight and WebEVM preferred
+ Customer Focus, Forward Thinking and Business Judgement
+ Team-oriented and have excellent written as well as oral communication skills
**What Is My Role Type?**

**Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
_Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility._
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
