The F135 Production Program Management Office (PMO) is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as the F135 Production Affordability Specialist and Control Account Manager (CAM). This position is a member of the F135 PMO and will be responsible for the management of the F135 Production Affordability contract scope using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) cost & schedule methods. Additionally, this position is responsible for the cost and schedule management of the F135 War on Cost and Safety discretionary budget, while participating in day-to-day Affordability activities on the F135 Program.
The F135 Production Affordability Specialist and CAM will manage the budget, schedule, and the technical responsibilities required in reporting monthly cost & schedule data to the Joint Program Office (JPO) and will be responsible for the compilation and delivery of any required CDRLs. This role also assists the Production PMO as a focal for Affordability scope within F135 Production contracts.
What You Will Do:
Manage and monitor Affordability hardware, labor cost and schedule data for all active F135 Production Affordability contracts utilizing EVMS methods and principles via EVMS tools such as Primavera, Dassian, eCSVAR, wInsight, and WebEVM.
Manage the cost and schedule of the F135 War on Cost and Safety discretionary budget initiatives
Provide reports to Program Management on financial analysis results and recommendations.
Investigate root cause of cost and schedule variances and drive recovery plans as part of the monthly EV and MML business rhythm.
Support various weekly integrated program meetings such as the P&W F135 Affordability IPT, War on Cost Executive Review, and Product Cost Reduction IPT.
Compile and deliver CDRLs, including A088 Affordability Projects & A064 Engine Hardware Actuals to the Joint Program Office.
Support various monthly, weekly and adhoc meetings with the JPO
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree required
5+ years’ experience in Affordability, Program Management, Finance, Operations or Supply Chain.
5+ years’ experience in EVMS or relevant cost & schedule management in the Aerospace and Defense industry
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer:
Proven skills in Project Management
Demonstrated ability to take initiative on driving positive business results
Experienced in building strong relationships with internal & external customers through commitment, credibility and transparency
Excellent presentation and communication skills
CORE or other lean manufacturing/continuous improvement operating experience

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
