F22 EUV Account Manager within TSMC IB & Operation team
Role and responsibilitiesEUV Account manager for tsmc F22 to support the ever growing EUV business.
To lead the daily operation and cowork with customer engineering, supply chain and EUV business line to support F22 EUV Installed bases Understanding Internal & External stakeholders' needs and to build a strategic & sustainable relationship.To develop and executing strategies and actions within tsmc customer team in order to sustain operation business while pushing for more revenue by upgrade activitiesAct as the primary ASML contact window in F22 EUV product/Business details and explanation, to build long term relationships with customers ensuring satisfaction and manage customer escalation. Team work mindset ; regular collaboration with other Account manager to review business status and plans to ensure an organized and efficient approach for installed bases and maintain customer trust.Education and experienceMaster degree
Skills3-7 years working experience. Knowledge and experience in semiconductor equipment industry is required ; English , Good communication and interpersonal skills
