Records, verifies, and executes transactions with a certain level of complexity according to process documentation.ClosingAP Accrual ToolIFRS9AKM ProcessGRIR ActivityFCV RunSTI/LTI Monitoring (JOIN Entities)HB2 Net Result Posting Reporting Runbook StepsE2L for Closing (Only for items enumerated above)Vistex Recon (if applicable)ReportingNet Sales Data Package and ReleaseReporting Checks (Diagnosis Check and Closing Check)Data Package HandoverATN Follow-up (E2L, ATN Documentation)Divergent Sign CheckingActs as Key User depending on module handled.Provides audit support.Updates and creates documentations whenever required.Ensures timely and accurate performance of ICS controls  Identify/clarify all pending requests for the current closing periodPerform adjustment Postings due to Revenue RecognitionPerformance of VFX3Participates in meetings and Telcos relevant to the roleContributes to process improvements and documentationPerforms other tasks as required by the role

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably CPA.Requiring a minimum of 1-year Accounting experience. SSO/BPO experience is an advantage.General understanding of technical accounting and financial reporting in a corporate environment.Knowledge of the relevant IT systems (e.g., SAP)Strong innovative and LMI Mindset. Knowledgeable in Excel, Power Point and SharePoint. Experience in Excel macros or VBA would be a plus.Fluent in English and with strong communication/presentation skillsAbility to collaborate and work under pressure with high flexibility in changing and complex environments
