FAA Repair and Overhaul Analytical Inspector Position

As an FAA Repair and Overhaul Analytical Inspector here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our repair and overhaul operations. Your expertise in analytical inspection and CMM inspection experience will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our processes.
You will report directly to our supervisor and work out of our designated location in Phoenix, AZ. This position requires an on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on our repair and overhaul operations by conducting thorough analytical inspections and utilizing CMM inspection techniques. Your attention to detail and experience in CMM programming will contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our inspection processes.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform analytical inspections on repaired and overhauled components to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and industry standards.
+ Utilize CMM inspection techniques to optimize inspection procedures and enhance efficiency.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and records of inspections and findings.
+ Stay updated on FAA regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

You Must Have
+ Analytical inspection experience in an Aerospace environment
+ Ability to work in a manufacturing setting
We Value
+ Experience in analytical inspection in a repair and overhaul environment
+ FAA Repairman Certificate
+ CMM Programming experience
+ ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification.
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
