Job Responsibilities

Plan, design and lead mechanical system expansion projects to facilitate tool utilities demand of future technology of manufacturing equipmentResponsible for Continuous improvement of preventive maintenance programs for systems to achieve optimal system performance and uptime.Maintain maintenance record for system fault history traceability, recommend and implement improvement/enhancement projects.Engage in driving system reliability improvement initiative to enable maximum equipment uptime and reduction of system interruption.Lead troubleshooting and timely response to site for system abnormities to reduce production impacts. Carry out Root cause analysis and implement action plans to prevent recurrence.Perform effective capacity tracking and planning for mechanical systemsInnovate ideas, implement predictive maintenance through SMART Facilities initiative in collaboration with control team.Track and monitor equipment spare parts and consumable inventoryEnforce to company’s environmental safety health policy and procedure, standard operating procedure with risk assessment, good housekeeping standard and quality policy when performing work.Utilize computer base software to document and analyses records of maintenance work order, equipment history and project tracking.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering.Design and Engineering background of mechanical system such as HVAC system and Exhaust system will be of good advantage.5+ years of experience with mechanical facilities background in critical environmentAbility to understand and use schematic, single-line drawing and related equipment and system documentation.Ability to work in a team environment with various professional level.Considerable knowledge and application of problem solving and data analysis methodology.Considerable knowledge of maintenance practices and procedure and installation work.
