Responsibilities:Develop and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce variability.Strictly monitor and analyze process data to determine root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new technologies and methodologies.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards by adhering to strict protocols and procedures.Provide technical support and training to production staff to maintain outstanding operational performance.Establish and improve process condition and technology.Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.Abnormal analysis and improvement.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a similar engineering environment.Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems effectively.Outstanding collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a diverse team.Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and meet ambitious deadlines.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, with a focus on continuous improvement.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.At least 1-3 years of experience in a semiconductor fab or related industry.Demonstrated track record of implementing process improvements and achieving measurable results.Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality improvement methodologies.Knowledge of industry norms and common approaches in semiconductor manufacturing.
