• ASML DUV 露光装置を操作および維持管理し、装置の稼働率向上を目指す

• 新規装置の立ち上げ作業をを行う

Join our ambitious team at Micron in Hiroshima, Japan, where you will be at the forefront of innovation as a Manufacturing Engineer - Photo Scanner Equipment Engineer. This role is an outstanding opportunity to work with world-class DUV ASML tools in a collaborative and inclusive environment, driving excellence and flawless execution!
Roles and Responsibilities:
Equipment engineers are responsible for mastering the structure and operating principles of production equipment and engaging in activities to enhance the productivity of production machinery. The roles and responsibilities of a Photo ASML DUV Scanner Equipment Engineer are as follows:
• Strictly adhere to and implement safety and quality protocols.
• Operate and maintain ASML DUV scanner equipment to improve equipment utilization.
• Conduct troubleshooting to swiftly resolve equipment issues and ensure efficient performance.
• Perform equipment and software upgrades to achieve improved equipment performance.
• Undertake the startup tasks for new equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and successfully implement process improvements.
Requirements (Meeting all the conditions below is not mandatory):
• Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Passion for learning, growth, and self-development.
• Commitment to achieving goals with perseverance.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication abilities and teamwork skills.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese, English, or both.
Preferred Qualifications (Not mandatory but desirable):
• Knowledge and experience related to Photo Lithography processes.
• Knowledge and experience with exposure equipment, particularly ASML DUV Scanner systems.
