Exciting Career Opportunity: Fabrication Associate at PDS Tech

Are you ready to kick-start your career with a leader in the industry? Our client, is the largest U.S. distributor of plumbing supplies, waterworks, HVAC equipment, and industrial products. We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Fabrication Associates.

Type: Fulltime; Temp to Direct Hire

Shift: 1st, 6AM - 2:30PM, M-F

Payrate: $18 per hour (paid weekly)

What We’re Looking For:

A great attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.

A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Mechanical aptitude, including experience with hand tools and machinery.

Must-Haves:

Ability to read a tape measure.

At least 6 months of experience with hand tools and electric/hydraulic equipment.

Recent relevant experience in machine operation, construction, or equipment maintenance (within the last year).

Key Responsibilities:

Follow standard operating procedures for pipe fabrication.

Set up and maintain machines in the Fab Shop for plastic fusion.

Accurately measure, record, and cut pipe using band saws and other equipment.

Operate powered industrial equipment safely, ensuring pedestrian and product safety.

Cross-train and perform duties in other areas as needed to support the team.

Ability to calculate quantities of products and maintain inventory integrity.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
