What We Offer $18 - $23 per hour 2nd shift, 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM 3rd shift, 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Climate-controlled facility Opportunity for advancement Unlimited referral bonuses What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED 1+ year(s) in a metal fabrication environment and have familiarity with speeds and feeds, tapping, reaming, countersinking, cuter boring metal, jigs, fixtures, and setups involving vices Previous experience with CNC Laser, Tube Bending, Press Brake Operation, and Lean Manufacturing preferred Basic math skills and the ability to use tape measures, calipers, and other common measuring tools Track record of arriving on time and ready for your scheduled shifts Ability to handle full-body physical labor and medium-to-heavy-weight materials Ability to be on your feet continuously for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and tolerate environmental conditions of noise and heat What You’ll Do as a Fabrication Operator Support standard safety practices and ensure your behaviors meet company standards Operate various machines, including punch presses, CNC Mill, CNC Bender, Horizontal Band Saws, Drill Press, and similar equipment Produce the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances Measure finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance Use previous experience reading and interpreting blueprints or drawings to execute fabrication designs Utilize verbal and written communication skills to meet both personal and collaborative production goals Use attention to detail to ensure parts being produced are to current drawing revision Recognize when tools are worn or are being misused, notify lead or supervisor when maintenance is required Participate in Kaizen Events to determine process improvements while using your excellent problem-solving skills Complete work promptly and at the highest quality while running saws, sanders, punch presses, and other fabrication equipment Perform other tasks as assigned
