**Fabricator** Project Length: 6-12 Months Projected Start Date: April 1st Pay: $29 / Hr **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our custom metal shop. The ideal candidate will work at their own welding station, provided with work orders and blueprints to complete orders. The primary focus will be on MIG Welding, utilizing expertise in fitting and assembly to achieve high-quality results. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding tasks according to provided blueprints and work orders + Utilize fitting and assembly skills to complete custom metal fabrication projects + Read and interpret blueprints accurately + Ensure all welding work meets quality standards + Work independently at a designated welding station **Essential Skills** + At least 2 years of experience with MIG welding and fabrication from blueprints + Experience with Flux Core and Hard Wire welding + Proficiency in blueprint reading and work order interpretation + Strong fitting and assembly skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a custom metal shop environment + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Attention to detail and commitment to quality **Why Work Here?** Join a laid-back private company where you won't be micromanaged. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5am - 5pm, consisting of four 12-hour shifts. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Shepherdsville, Kentucky. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
