The Opportunity
In this role, you will lead Fac Re Business Support teams and projects (Payable/Receivable Accounts) to ensure timely and successful outcomes. Responsibilities include managing risks, ensuring technical expertise and excellence, and promoting collaboration within and across teams. You will mentor team members, drive continuous improvement, and build strong stakeholder relationships while supporting new opportunities.
You’ll be performing the following tasks (not exhaustive):
Process & Stakeholder Management:
Deliver / manage KPIs and metrics in line with prescribed targets. Prioritize and organize work according to business priorities. Develop an in-depth understanding of the technical aspects of the process. Drive process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency, client experience, or risk controls. Periodically review process risks, ensuring adequate controls are in place and adherence to WTW Risk and Reporting standards. Meet with stakeholders to discuss process-related challenges and opportunities. Work with relevant stakeholders to resolve escalations effectively. Lead projects/tasks end-to-end in coordination with onshore stakeholders. Coordinate and provide documentation for audit samples requested by auditors. Provide support for issues, manage critical escalations, and address complex queries.Resource Planning:
Forecast and plan resource requirements. Manage resources efficiently during peaks and troughs in the business cycle. Ensure contingency plans are in place for critical resources. Review potential system and process enhancements as needed.People Management / Development:
Set appropriate goals and expectations for the team, conducting regular progress reviews. Work closely with individuals to help them develop their full potential. Assess and develop competency levels to ensure team members have the expertise needed to add value to the business. Proactively identify performance issues, create action plans, and provide coaching to improve performance. Ensure all tasks are completed by staff accurately and within the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Conduct one-on-one and team meetings in line with the Operational Engagement Framework. Support the training and mentoring of new hires as needed. Manage attrition and absenteeism within the team.What You’ll Bring
We are looking for a highly driven individual with strong interpersonal skills, eager to join a large and dynamic organization.
5+ years of relevant experience; Accounting/Finance background preferred.Business fluency in English and Spanish (minimum C1 level).Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience in leadership and project management roles.Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize and effectively manage a wide variety of ongoing tasks to meet multiple deadlines.Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work effectively under tight deadlines.Strong adherence to deadlines.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.Proactive and goal-oriented mindset.Why WTW?
