You will play a pivotal role in ensuring flawless execution of facility changes and installations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Facility Tool Install Engineer at Micron, you will:

Serve as the primary lead for the Hookup system.Act as the main point of contact for Area installations.Plan and implement facility changes for plant, office, and production equipment layouts with a focus on economy of operation and maximum utilization of facilities and equipment.Ensure strict compliance with laws and regulations.Collaborate with architecture and engineering firms to develop design criteria and prepare layout and detail drawings.Prepare bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.Review and estimate design costs, including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.Inspect construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.Develop criteria and performance specifications to meet unparalleled operating requirements and building and safety codes.Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in facilities engineering or a related field.A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Strong project management skills with the ability to determine priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A proactive and ambitious approach to problem-solving.Strict attention to detail and an unwavering dedication to delivering flawless results.Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
